Interim District Executive: Rev. Robert Latham, * (510) 217-8115
He is head of Phoenix Consulting, working with congregations in all areas of congregational life and leading workshops and giving addresses across the continent. His published works include The District Extension Manual (1985), Moving On From Church Folly Lane (2006), A Tale of Boxes (2009), and a booklet, Lessons From Vietnam: Why Nothing Has Changed (2010).

Director of Congregational Services: Rev. Jeanelyse Doran Adams, * (925) 381-3250
She joined the PCD staff in August 2009. She is the former Director of the Mt. Diablo Peace and Justice Center. Jeanelyse graduated with a M.Div. from Starr King School for the Ministry in 2008. She received Preliminary Fellowship from the Ministerial Fellowship Committee in 2009, and the Mount Diablo UU Church ordained her in 2010.

District Administrator: Charles B. "Chuck" Rosene, * (510) 530-1437
He joined the PCD staff in 1999. The role of the District Administrator is to administratively facilitate the ministry of the Pacific Central District, its staff, board, committees and programs. The District Administrator works with the other staff on all matters pertaining to the administration, communications, scheduling and programming of the district; works directly with the PCD Board of Trustees and its officers in matters pertaining to long-range planning, finances, communications and other matters as directed by the Board; acts as a financial manager for the District, its committees and participating affiliated organizations; is responsible for communications between the District and its member societies, committees, affiliated organizations and the public-at-large, and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the District office.
