The UUA offers a wealth of grants and loans, ranging from $250 grants to undergraduate students who are the children of ministers up to $20,000 scholarships for for promising and passionate students preparing for Unitarian Universalist ministry and who identify themselves as people of color, Latino/a, Hispanic, and multi-racial.

They offer loans of $15,000 to $100,000 for congregations seeking to build or to upgrade their buildings.

You can find specifics on the UUA site. Go to Handbook for Congregation Treasurers & Finance Leaders (PDF, 233 KB)
Then search for the word "Grants". You should find "APPENDIX #7 GRANTS, SCHOLARSHIPS" (all caps theirs.)

The Pacific Central District has a much more modest set of grants through its Chalice Lighters.
